Corporate Coaching

Kirsti Toikka, BA in Economics, is an experienced coach and leader of the company. She has worked since 1996, undertaking a wide range of business related courses, instructor development, career development and mentoring.

SIPA, an orgniazation which provides coaching to new entrepreneuers, operated in the regions of Uusimaa, Central Finland, Pirkanmaa and Southwest Finland from 2005-2008. Kirsti Toikka has successfully coached over 200 new entrepreneurs in Tampere and Turku. In Tampere in August 2009, six coaching programs began, and new courses have started from January 2010. Kirsti Toikka has been responsible for both.

Kirsti Toikka has also worked for several entrepreneurs, such as economist-trained persons, a mentor and has taken many career guidance coaching. Training programs have also been carried out in conjunction with schools and businesses in a professional context for entrepreneurs.
